  • Develop a digital content strategy that supports self-driven, ongoing learning Develop processes and acquire tools for content creation and curation
  • Work with internal teams to create and curate content
  • Engage third-party content providers to identify and acquire relevant content for a digital learning platform
  • Develop learning engagement strategies that support self-driven, ongoing learning
  • Develop processes for engaging learning experiences
  • Use analytics to develop options for learning engagement strategies
  • Oversee a digital learning platform Develop relevant governance processes
  • At least a Bachelor Degree
  • At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in developing and implementing digital learning solutions such as learning systems, workplace learning approaches, user experience design and other forms of technology-enhanced learning
  • Strong interest in digital content development and digital engagement
  • Good understanding of user experience design Good understanding of analytics, digital measurement and optimisation
